    Shipping Policy Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order from the day the order is placed. We are not responsible for any orders lost in transit nor are we responsible for any damages that may be caused while in transit via USPS. If your package was lost, you would need to contact your nearest USPS post office and provide them with the tracking # that was sent to you once we shipped your order. Please note this becomes a matter between the customer and USPS. If your order is returned to Annie’s Cottage for "insufficient address" or any other reason that is not the fault of Annie’s Cottage, your order will be refunded and restocked with a 10% restocking fee. Shipping will not be refunded.

    No Refund Policy: Once a purchase is made, the customer cannot receive a refund. Exchange Only Policy: Customers can exchange the product but not get a refund. Item must be returned in original package, unworn and unwashed. Each exchange will be at the owner's discretion. The customer must pay the return shipping fee!
